 y Sabinet. The AGM will take place virtually via Microsoft Teams on Friday
 \, 08 August 2025\, from 10:00 to 12:00.\n\nFollowing careful consideratio
 n\, the OSALL Executive Committee has opted for a virtual AGM this year\, 
 as our in-person OSALL Seminar is scheduled just a month later\, on Friday
 \, 05 September 2025 in Sandton. Hosting both events in close succession a
 nd in person may present logistical challenges for our members\, and we wa
 nt to ensure maximum participation at both.\n\nThe AGM invitation attached
